Therapeutic Massage & Reflexology

My name is Denise and I am an ITEC qualified therapist, fully insured and registered. CRB checked September 2020.

My therapeutic massage and reflexology treatments work on improving the quality of my client’s life, allowing greater freedom of movement, a decrease in pain and a happier, healthier you.

I have extensive hands on experience in a wide area of illnesses and diseases. I have developed my own method of reflexology and massage through training, experience, extensive and continuous research and especially from my 4 years of volunteering work at St Joseph’s Hospice in Hackney where I gained my skills whilst working with the seriously ill. In my time as a therapist, I have met a vast amount of people who suffered for many years with either back pain or other conditions and with a little help from massage / reflexology, their determination and maintenance, they all have happier bodies. My training is ongoing and expanding to date.

My interest and experience are wide and varied, including:​
aches & pains, allergies, anxiety, arthritis, back pain, carpal tunnel, cellulite, chronic fatigue, depression, constipation, digestive, fascia, fertility, frozen shoulder, fibromyalgia, insomnia, inflammation, Lyme disease, ME, MS, plantar fasciitis, post operative, postural, post injuries, lymphoedema, muscular, oedema, rheumatoid arthritis, scar tissue (including from radiation; breast), sinusitis, stress, tendonitis, tinnitus, TMJ & more.

I am studying my Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD) course with CPHT, Kent and will begin clinic practice June 2021.
